    Pros +

    • The location is just a short walk to the metro station. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM machines and also restaurants. It is also walking distance to the shopping areas. The guests can do their laundry (wash/dry), and there is a free coffee and tea everyday.
    • Location is gold.
    • Location, decent cleanliness

    Cons -

    • Aside from the limited room space, which is all common in Japan, I think as a solo traveler it’s more than enough. Nothing bad about my stay.
    • Laundromat service- the dryer doesn’t work well whatsoever. Had to dry my clothes numerous times. Ended up just air drying.
    • It feels cheap sometimes and notas clean as it is. The breakfast is good but it’s awkward to get it.

    Location, decent cleanliness

I was expecting Breakfast to be small buffet but you need to order from 2 options, pancakes or Gapao. I ordered later and was a bit greasy. I would’ve rather have it somewhere else.

It was very clean and offers lots amenities. Very close to train station.

The rooms were a set bit warm during our check-in and we had to adjust.

The location is near shopping street and department store and subway All of staff is helpful and kind.I checked out in the early morning (5:30 am) staff stand by for desk in early morning.

N/A My opinion: If hotel have shuttle car service to airport it’s comfortable for customer early flight or late flight.

Excellent Location, clean room, small but comfy

    9SibelPosted on: 11-6-2025

The hotel was in a very central location , close to all restaurants, shops, and nightclubs. The only issue was that it was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Other than that, the staff and the comfort of the hotel were really good.

Location of the property! Its very near the metro station. Near dotonbori. Near luxury shopping street and near shinsaibashi street shopping.

There were items in the drawer that belonged to the previous occupant. So it made us doubt about the cleaning.

The location is well located close to the subway (Shinsaibashi Station) & to the shopping streets & Dotonbori. We arrived late at night & was thankful that the station was soo close to the hotel. with convenience store around the corner. The hotel was modern, clean & the staff were very helpful by assisting with baggage forwarding to out hotel in Tokyo. The room was a decent size & had everything we needed & overall the hotel aesthetic exceeded what I expected. For 2nights stay, the hotel was great value for our money.

    The location was great.

The rooms were way too small, we couldn't communicate with anyone at the front desk and our A/C did not work. We asked the front desk to please help and they sent someone but they were not able to make it work properly, we gave up.

Friendly staff, good location and the room is clean.

    room is too small.

    8Nir12Posted on: 10-5-2025

The room is clean, and the stuff are very helpful, I wanted to send my luggage to the next hotel and they helped fill up all the paperwork and call the next hotel to let them know, which made the experience extremely simple and convenient for me.

The toilet in the room is really small, seams to be designed for children, a bit uncomfortable for an adult men to use ?Other then that, everything else was great

    location is great.

rooms are too small for one person and small luggage. the ac works fine but poor natural ventilation. it’s ok for one night, but won’t recommend for longer stays.

    Near Shinsaibashi and metro

The water pressure of the bidet is weak

    9FerdinandPosted on: 7-16-2025

This property was located very near the Shinsaibashi station, right in the middle of the shopping district. The rooms were well equipped, functional and comfortable. Please do not expect a view.

Despite requesting for a non-smoking room, the room I was given smelled of cigarettes. The linens were ok, but the room just smelled of it. Didn’t ask for a transfer, as I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving my stuff.

    9ImeldaPosted on: 5-30-2025

The location is fantastic because it is very near the train station, few walks away to main street, dotonbori, and other great locations.

There are 2 washer/dryer but only one is working.

    7LeonPosted on: 5-26-2025

+ The location was great , really close to the metro station, restaurants, convenience stores ,Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and a reasonable walk away form Dotonbori.+The room was clean.

    - The room was quite small, which is expected from Japanesse hotels at this price range.- We used the washing machine and dryer at the hotel lobby and they clothes came out wet even after several dryer cycles, we had to take the wet clothes and go to a public laundromat which means more money spent but more importantly A LOT of time wasted.

The room is small by American standards but somehow the layout really worked and was extremely comfortable (for me alone, at least)! I can't believe how quiet it was, I had a next door neighbor and never heard a thing through the walls. The shower / bath was WONDERFUL -- modern and efficient and rather luxurious (though it would have been a small bath for a larger person, perfect for my short self!). Staff are great overall, some speak English well and others do their best, or use a translator app -- just be aware they're often overwhelmed by inflow of new guests, so I learned to wait until they were not busy to ask for help or questions, and they were always kind and eager to help! The neighborhood is SUPER fun, it's urban and busy but cozy and full of life, little shops and restaurants, even a great coffee shop. It's safe and full of hip young people (great people watching!). Great place to clothes shop as well. I recommend shopping for food and snacks at the nearby 7-11, delicious and inexpensive rice balls, fruit and even fresh eggs! I kept these in the hotel fridge and that was my daily breakfast and lunch :)

Be aware that the laundry facility is great, but will take a lot of time (the drying takes many cycles), and be prepared to use a translator app to figure it out if you can't read Japanese, but staff are helpful and give change at the desk to use the machines (only two, but rarely in use). Also, the attached restaurant is really charming (it's also a Hooka bar! Fun!) but the breakfast is not workable if you are used to American options -- it's mainly salad and miso soup and bread, and for lunch/dinner they often run out of various dishes, so I went elsewhere.

The location was perfect right in the center and close to the metro station. We had a double bed room and was spacious for Japan standards, but not enough to unpack clothes. The amenities were useful and laundry is possible in the lobby.

The room felt a bit dusty, could be due to carpet flooring.
